VeriClaim AI is an AI-powered web app that helps insurance agents efficiently verify and manage claims. It bridges the gap between complex policy documents and claim validation with smart document analysis and conversational AI. Instead of manually reading through policies, agents can upload documents and receive real-time, AI-driven insights through an intuitive interface, streamlining the process and reducing errors.

Problem Finding & Possible Solutions
Through user observation and workflow analysis, I identified that agents spend significant time manually reviewing complex documents. Since the client aimed to integrate AI, the solution focused on using AI to analyze claims and policies, provide reference-backed answers, and help agents make faster, more accurate decisions.

Usability Testing
We conducted two rounds of usability testing – one on wireframes and another on the high-fidelity design to identify pain points and improve the user experience.






Digital Wireframes
To lay the foundation for the VeriClaim AI interface, I developed digital wireframes that outlined the structure, navigation, & essential user interactions. These wireframes served as a blueprint for key screens like the dashboard, document upload, policy chat, & claim verification process.

Typography
I used Poppins font to make the typograghy easy to read for all users.
It is the perfect font to be used in mobile app.

Adaptive UI: Light & Dark Mode
Designed for accessibility and user preference, VeriClaim AI offers both light and dark themes. This flexibility enhances readability, reduces eye strain, and ensures a comfortable experience across different environments.
